Simply by watching any one of the 185 videos submitted in this year’s Family Dance-off, we can all see how much fun the families had dancing together. I loved watching them having fun together while teaching their children it’s important to be healthy and active. Perhaps even more touching though, is hearing the winning hospitals describe what the $71,000 in donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) means to them. I wanted to share interviews from three of the five winning videos captured by my team at Primrose so that you can understand just how much each of your efforts to dance and vote had on these incredible organizations. The Gumz Family of Denver won the grand prize, earning a $30,000 donation for The Children’s Hospital. Molly Oliver is the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Coordinator at The Children’s Hospital of Denver.
The Toregano Family of Smyrna won second prize, earning a $20,000 donation for CHOA. Lauren Korthoff is the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Program Coordinator at Children’s Heathcare of Atlanta.
The Phayre Family of Sarasota won third prize, earning a $15,000 donation for All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. Stephanie Hall is the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Director at All Children’s Hospital.
